When you are ready to go partially on your own, after the Monday-Friday Health & Wellness E-Coaching.

When you need support, but not as intensive as the Health & Wellness E-Coaching.
Examples include:

  • You know what to do, but sometimes you just need someone to check in with to keep you on track
  • It seems that every few days you're unsure about a choice you're making and it would be great to have someone you can check with on a regular, but not daily, basis
  • You need someone on your side who you can share wins and struggles with, who will NOT tell you what to do or scold you for falling

Great for people not sure they need the more intensive program or are ready to venture out on their own, but still would like some support before going out into the world totally alone. Once a week, we will exchange one email per week. This may be enough for you to feel accountable to help you stay focused on your goals.
