You can call my services a combination of nutritionist and food coach.

What people accomplish through their work with me is to learn how to listen to their body, learn how to incorporate healthy foods into their lifestyle, and learn how to make peace with food. I am not just someone who lost weight and will now show you how *I* did it, but I am a trained and educated nutrition professional who has the expertise, knowledge and experience to help others learn what works for *them*.

I do not give meal plans or put clients on 'diets'. I do not believe this teaches you anything.

  • Through my education, you will be able to craft your own eating plan.
  • Through my support, you will overcome the blocks you've had in the past.
  • Through my encouragement, you will dig deep within yourself and make your dreams reality.
